Jane Gaskell is a tenacious litigator who works tirelessly to produce the best result possible for her clients. A native of England, Jane moved with her family to California in 2000 after working for many years in the City of London. While attending law school here in California, she was fortunate to work as a law clerk at the Sonoma County Office of the Public Defender. After graduating, Jane gained valuable courtroom experience working as a volunteer attorney with the Public Defender’s Office prior to joining Andrian & Gallenson in April 2011.
Jane has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, representing those accused of driving under the influence, domestic violence, drug possession and sales, theft, robbery, burglary, weapons possession, and many other crimes.
Jane was the class valedictorian in 2010. She was also a member of the school team that competed in the 2009 & 2010 State Bar Environmental Law Negotiations Competitions, achieving top ten positions in both years. She also received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Torts, Real Property, and Constitutional Law, and was published in the Empire College Law Review in 2009.
At home, Jane is married and is busy raising two wonderful and very energetic daughters.
